Veterinarian Portal Registration

We are inviting you to register your clinic with our veterinarian / therapist dedicated portal for EquiCrown Canada/USA.

The Veterinary Portal will provide you with priority service and discounting for our specialized products, and technical advice on the use of these products.

The Veterinary portal will provide a full description of the product, discount rate and suggested MSRP.

Once you have completed the registration, we will confirm the information with your clinic, and grant you access. In the case of multiple practitioners within one clinic and each practitioner requires their own ID for tracking purchases, indicate this on the registration form.
